WIP - Green Theme

I've been wanting a green theme for a while, so I decided to begin a template some weeks ago.
But unfortunatly I don't have the time to do a complete theme.
So here I come to ask if somebody is interested in making this theme alive as a collaboration with me. (it can be for mac but also for windows or linux if you guys want to adapt).

Of course this is just the beginning of the graphic elements.
Tell me :
- how you like it (or dislike)
- what could I improve
- your ideas
- help me to find a great name
- etc
